True Vibes Community Outreach CIC’s Home Support Outreach Services provide practical, person-centred assistance to help individuals and families maintain safety, stability, and dignity at home. We offer tailored support based on individual needs, helping reduce isolation, improve day-to-day wellbeing, and connect people to local resources across our community outreach network.
We hope to run a drop in centre where people can come have a cup of tea and cake and make new friends. When a centre comes available we will hopefully hold lunch clubs arranging transport via Ring & Ride so the elderly can at least have one hot meal instead of worrying about where their next meals coming from.We will also run various activities including food bank, clothes bank community garden ( if possible) plus more. Our Garden Tidy Up service helps keep outdoor spaces safe, welcoming, and well cared for across the community. True Vibes Community Outreach CIC provides practical support to clear light overgrowth, remove leaves and debris, tidy borders, and restore a neat, usable garden-especially for those who may be less able to manage these tasks themselves.
